Grand Alfheim Bot

This Privacy Policy describes how Grand Alfheim Bot ("the Bot," "we," "us") collects, uses, and stores information in connection with its operation within the Grand Alfheim Discord server and the Grand Alfheim Roblox group. By using the Bot — including by starting its verification process — you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Bot's verification or ranking features.

The Bot collects and processes the following categories of information:

• a. Discord Identifiers. Your Discord user ID, which is used solely to associate your Discord account with a linked Roblox account.
• b. Roblox Account Information. Your Roblox username and your role or rank within the Grand Alfheim Roblox group, submitted voluntarily by you through the Bot's verification process.
• c. Usage Statistics. Aggregate, non-personal counts related to the Bot's operation (for example, the number of verification attempts processed), used for maintenance and troubleshooting purposes only. These statistics are not linked to any individual Discord or Roblox account.

The Bot does not collect real names, email addresses, payment or financial information, precise location data, or any other sensitive personal information.

Information collected by the Bot is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Verifying a user's identity between Discord and Roblox for the purpose of assigning or removing rank within the Grand Alfheim Roblox group.
• Notifying users, via direct message or in-server notification, when their rank or role has changed.
• Maintaining basic operational statistics to assist server staff in monitoring the Bot's functionality.

Information is not used for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the operation of the Bot within the Grand Alfheim community. Where applicable law requires us to state a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent — given by voluntarily starting the verification process — and, for usage statistics, on our legitimate interest in keeping the Bot running reliably.

Data described in Section II(a) and II(b) is stored in connection with the Bot's operation for as long as necessary to provide the ranking and verification features. This data is not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, except as required to interact with the Roblox API for the purpose of verifying group membership and rank. We do not sell your information and do not share it for advertising purposes of any kind.

A user's linked Roblox account information is retained until the user is unranked or removed from the relevant Roblox group role, at which point the associated record is deleted from the Bot's storage.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, or to object to certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or request removal of your data, at any time by contacting server staff as described in Section X.

The Bot is intended only for individuals who meet the minimum age requirements of both Discord and Roblox — generally 13 years of age or older, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your country, consistent with Discord's own Terms of Service. The Bot is not directed at children under that age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone below it.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a user under the applicable minimum age, we will delete that information promptly. A user discovered to be under the applicable minimum age will also be removed and banned from the Grand Alfheim Discord server. If you believe this has happened, please contact server staff using the details in Section X.

The Bot operates on the Discord platform and communicates with the Discord API to read command messages, assign or remove roles, and send notifications; your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. The Bot also communicates with the Roblox API in order to verify group membership and manage user rank; your use of Roblox is governed by Roblox's own privacy policy and terms of service. Neither platform's practices are controlled by us.

Grand Alfheim Bot, the Grand Alfheim Discord server, and the Grand Alfheim Roblox group are independently operated community projects and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation.

The Bot may be used by members located in different countries. By using the Bot, you understand that the information described in Section II may be stored and processed in a location where data protection laws may differ from those of your home country. Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) grants you rights beyond those described in Section V, we intend to honor those rights on request.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy — including requests to access, correct, or remove your data — may be directed to server staff within the Grand Alfheim Discord server.
